Harry is a public person here. The law is a little different. People can say a lot more as long as there isn't liable, defamation or "actual malice". A question for someone. If Harry were sued, would BP have any liability?
Is it possible the multiple interviewers have been somehow complicit in their passive/aggressive interviews, giving the Markles just enough rope to hang themselves? If so, JH has possibly reached the end of his. If not, I despair of HMTQ or BH taking action to rescind the titles and remove JH and issue from the line of succession. And of course his sole parent is now Diana, as his spouse vilified and ghosted her own hapless father after she used him and wrung him dry. As JH can wheel out the image of his dead mother, so can TW present hers as evidence of her multiculturalism. Users and abusers both.
Thank you Harry for opening this thread. The deep seated hatred JCMH has for the RF seems to have no depths. His mental health state is apparent and this didnt come as a result of Diana's death. TW has stepped back, be it the result of the interview or having to hide her pseudo-pregnancy. Is she arranging these ridiculous interviews and forcing him or does JCMH want all this publicity? Regardless, it's getting worse.

Charles didn't send Harry to Gordonstoun but to Eton, presumably because he didn't want his sons to suffer the unhappiness that he endured. While still boarding the location of Eton, close to Windsor and London, made it easy for the boys to be visited by their parents. Charles did not replicate his own experience for his son but clearly thought long and hard about what was best for his boys.
Also conveniently forgotten was that Diana chose to spend her sons' summer holidays in 1997 not with them but with Dodi. I suspect that Harry's sense of losing his mother was developing even before she died.
His comments about the 1st amendment are outrageous especially coming from an ex royal non citizen guest of our country. I believe as you stated HM that his issue is wanting to control the press and what is written about him and TW. That’s what they wanted in Britain and that’s what they want here
