TW's Ode To Me-Again Monologue

A seven minute monologue to pat herself on the back

As ever, a TW monologue is one of self-praise and serves as PR for herself. The content was created with a plethora of exaggerated statements, delivered through exasperated gasps, you know the kind one might hear in a porn movie. This is pretty much all TW has, like Harry has Invictus and Sentebale— all TW is left with is an association with One Young World.

The papers have already criticised her speech as a self-serving one about herself, and how she ‘made it’, and tries to convince herself that she ‘belongs’ and is relevant. She took along her emotional support pet, Harry, because he is the one with the royal title—the only thing that gives her some kind of status.

The monologue included some method acting, complete with some sighs and gasps hoping that the easy to manipulate teenagers and youths would buy her act. She also managed to use the speech to try and alter the narrative over Gina Nelthorpe-Cowne’s comments (that have been consistent) that she left the OYW summit early in Ottawa 2016, claiming she had to film ‘Suits’ and left without delivering her speech. No one has ever contradicted those claims, and TW was there for the photos and not much else it seems. TW’s version, made during the monologue claims that ‘Suits’ gave her the day off to attend the summit, making no reference to the fact she left as soon as the photos were done. The crew on the ‘Suits’ team stated that TW was reorganising shoots to suit her timetable so she could fit in her other appearances and ventures. That version seems more likely as her Instagram account was packed with images of her visiting foreign places, and being on other shows as a guest.

She says she was glad to be back in the UK—really? Is that why she felt she had to ‘escape’, and why she only spent 3.5 days in the UK during the Platinum Jubilee celebrations? Not many in the UK were happy to see either of them back in the UK, knowing that their presence usually means disharmony and and attack on the monarchy.

TW says her life changed when she got married, but she had been married before so being a wife wasn’t exactly new, nor were the comments about becoming a mother either. Those who shield her secrets were probably squirming if they listened to the monologue of fanciful and mythical statements. TW created her own myth and believes it to be true, and her PR speech was aimed at securing some support from the unsuspecting youths by flattering them, and telling them they were ‘special’, just as she believes she is ‘special’.

After listening to the monologue, you ask yourself what was the point of all that? TW was validating herself, and patting herself on the back, but what for? Marrying a prince and using his title, and then creating a business from it and to make money to buy a million dollar mansion? Dressed in a devil like red outfit, with a botched self tan job (again), what, if anything was genuine about TW’s PR exercise in Manchester?
