For a life of privacy that they claimed to have sought, the Sussexes appear to relish attention and to be in the media. That is, as long as they can control the media narrative, yet they can never control the reaction of the public.
Over the last week we have seen:
A video message for England Rugby.
Harry launching a podcast with Invictus Games (a handy charity to pay for travel around the world!).
Visiting an online poetry workshop, where the social media post got deleted, and posted after the Superbowl for maximum exposure. Issues with a breach of privacy arose when it was revealed the tutor handed over confidential information on the students, without their consent apparently.
A leaked memo indicated the duo had an hour long call with a Californian politician (Gov Newsom) in October 2020, and used their titles to gain access.
Lord Justice Warby will decide on whether the application for a summary judgment is granted later today. The case continues regardless, and a few appeals with arise as it does with these types of cases.

The above is the comments thread for the Letter Case with links to the various articles. I have still yet to do the overview of the application hearing and my own summing up, which I shall do inconjuction with a review of the judgment.
