I’m recovering after reading the ‘interview’ in The Cut yesterday, because it was torturous, painful, and so obviously written by someone under the influence of something, that only the deluded would be able to read it without feeling violated or nauseous.
Harry, the Dim, played out his role as the wannabe Handyman in this faux Montecito Mansion soap opera. He’s a few screws short in his toolbox, and in his case someone forgot to switch on the lights.
TW, the Deluded, played out the role of the lady of the house, where the sycophantic fan followed her around in her make believe world, modelling herself on Alexis Carrington Colby and Angela Channing. Welcome to the working title of my new project/ book—The Dim and the Deluded (a WiP).
The interview was supposed to be part of a promotional campaign for the Spotify ‘Archetypes’, series, where the company have paid millions (allegedly) for well, what can only be described as a TW whinge-a-thon. This was of course expected, so no one is surprised, alas, it was all timed for maximum PR during the 25th anniversary of Diana’s death, however, Mikhail Gorbachev saw fit to depart this earthly plane last night which has upset her plans, and the media is covering the legacy of a man who helped changed the world.
The criticisms on TW and what she has claimed have come in thick and fast, where even the sugary supporters have had to scratch and shake their heads, knowing that none of the interview makes any sense. Previous statements that have been proven to be false and misleading were repeated with utter stupidity, that you can only assume that the article was written in jest or for a bet.
People have laughed and mocked both TW and the writer who was lapping up her crafted rhetoric, while TW plays the perennial victim, using the imaginary race card, then throwing in the Diana non-existent comparisons to garner support from Diana fans. Even the photo shoot was an attempt to imitate Diana and others, but it was a shoddy result, where TW’s predatory gaze resembled the trailer for a horror movie (think Orphan), and the poses looked like a skit from Zoolander.
Nelson Mandela’s grandson has taken exception to TW jumping on the Mandela bandwagon, with a spurious claim that South Africa rejoiced in the streets when she married Harry, comparing it to the celebrations when Mandela was released from prison. I recall that day myself, and it changed the world, and there was hope for justice. At school, a black friend came up to me and said, ‘He’s free!’ I asked ‘who’ in confusion, and she said, ‘He’s been freed,’ and I knew it was Mandela in an instant and we hugged. That day cannot be compared to TW marrying Harry for a title and money, because she stands for and represents nothing of significance in humanity, unlike Mandela who sacrificed his life for justice and freedom.
The #VoetsekMeghan hashtag continues, and I have archived some more comments from those who have been insulted by TW’s remarks and insinuations. I have set up a substack to archive some of these comments and reactions, as it seems that social media is deleting some of them to curb free speech. This doesn’t suit TW’s narrative, and her PR are trying to silence free speech and opinions that South Africans are entitled to.
Since this saga began, I, and others have said that the House of Windsor was in danger of being destroyed, and our concerns went unheeded. What has been unfolding is the consequence of not listening to the People, or acknowledging an error and dealing with it. They acquiesced to a dim and spoilt prince, and then appeased and enabled a cunning and predatory wife who believed she was entitled to grandiose deluded privileges.
TW is even making public threats to the Royal Family, after making false and unsubstantiated accusations aimed at specific members of the ‘family she never had’, and takes whatever opportunity she can to throw in a catty dig.
When will the Queen finally say enough? The People have had enough of Dim and Deluded.
