Harold no longer represents the UK, the British Royal Family or the Commonwealth (just a reminder)

Netflix and the Diana card (again)

Let’s be clear about one thing—Prince Harry DOES NOT represent the UK, the Commonwealth, or the British Monarchy any longer. He represents himself, or the charities that he is patron of, and other countries need to understand that because while Buckingham Palace has stated that he is a private citizen and is not a working member of the RF, that information isn’t publicly visible without a deep search, and the fact that it has not been made an obvious public declaration for all to see is an issue when it leads to confusion and misleading situations that can cause problems.

Take for instance the Ukrainian minister who incorrectly called Harold, Royal Highness, and then incorrectly tagged The Royal Family on X rather than Invictus Games, who Harold was actually there representing and not the Royal Family. The minister isn’t the first to be confused or misled, because Harold didn’t correct them, and BP has not made it clearly obvious that Harold and TW DO NOT represent the British Royal Family, the Commonwealth or the UK

The minister incorrectly assumes that Harold is part of the RF that has supported Ukraine, but Harold was there on a private visit, representing the Invictus Games Foundation. This does cause an issue because others might assume from her incorrect post (because she is a Ukrainian official) that Harold is a working member of the RF, and that he represents the UK and the RF. Again, Harold no longer represents the UK or the British Royal Family.

We can perhaps give the minister a pass because her country is at war, defending itself from Russia and she may not have the time to check her sources and information. Regardless, what she wrote was incorrect and has political consequences, but perhaps the Harkle PR planned it this way and used vulnerable Ukrainians to try and ‘elevate’ their status in an ambiguous and misleading manner?

The fact that TW chose to post this on her social media also suggests that the Harkles are keen to appear to be representing the RF which is misleading, and are content for people to be misled. Perhaps this was done at a time when Harold is seeking to regain his fully funded round-the-clock protection, to try and imply that the world considers him a representative of the RF irrespective of the fact that he is not?

Harold, on the other hand is content to play along when others are misled, where we have had people of the First Nation in Canada treating him like a royal visitor representing the Commonwealth, some Nigerian and Columbian officials had been led to believe that the Harkles were there for a royal tour, and the latest is the Ukrainian minster, thanking Harold and his country for supporting Ukraine. Thank Harold for visiting by all means, but he does not represent the UK because he has chosen to leave and to live in the US.

Many of the sane people in the world have wondered why Netflix is still involved with the Harkles. Why on earth Netflix would invest in overpriced and overhyped edible goods that TW has allegedly created? A butterfly told me that it appears that Netflix has filmed another documentary starring Harold as a detective to uncover who murdered his mother, Diana.

I know, the Diana card has been played to death (literally) and it appears that Mohamed Al-Fayed had invested money in the project, and had contributed material in some format. Naturally, this is in poor taste, and the finger has been pointed at Prince Philip as the alleged mastermind behind the ‘plot’ as well as ‘others’ (just think treason). Apparently, the show is ready to be released as and when, so are they waiting for C3 to pass just in case there will be legal issues?

We keep repeating the same thing, that Diana didn’t wear a seatbelt and she got into a car where the driver had been drinking and was over the limit, so her chances of survival were limited already. To add more paranoia of it all, apparently Harold won’t stay in any royal residences, allegedly he thinks there is a plot to assassinate him like his mother because he is pursing this case again. This ties in with his lawsuits against various media outlets that he claimed were responsible for Diana’s death, so has all of this has been content for the Netflix show? Is this why he thinks it’s too dangerous for him to live in the UK?

Is the Netflix show on Diana’s death the next attack/threat on the RF after ‘Spare’? Are Netflix hoping to make a small fortune with the show that everyone with an ounce of morality knows is in poor taste?

In the meantime, TW continues to peddle the ducal title with more ‘edits’ of products that will earn her commission, and the new podcast has been more or less ignored. The only thing that people took from it was the odd comment that the invisible children were sent to school with RSV and influenza A, and she could hear them coming back. Why on earth would you send small sick children to school, then exclaim that you had to spend all night giving them cough syrup? Are the floorboards so thin that you can hear tiny footsteps?

People who can’t afford to take time off work might send a sick child to school if they have no childcare and no choice, but why would you send a toddler/child that is coughing and suffering to school when they will probably be playing most of the time? Did anyone need to know they were sick (again, hence why she dashed back from the Invictus Games to feed them broth) because small children get sick all the time to build up their immunity. Is it some kind of weird bragging right to try and paint a picture of a mother who can run a ‘business’ from home?

People magazine continues to act as the Harkle’s PR, publishing another exclusive interview and with Harold on the cover. Is this damage limitation? As ever, he is playing the victim by telling anyone who will listen that his Pa and brother won’t respond to his calls, letters, or texts. I mean, why would you reply to someone who hurls abuse at you, attacks you in the public domain, and makes threats telling the press, ‘If you knew what I knew’ spiel? He does this knowing that neither can defend the comments that are aimed to make them look like the baddies. Harold continues to attack the monarchy through his suggestive innuendos that he leaks to his chosen media platforms. Why on earth would his family wish to communicate with him when he continues to attack them?

Now TIME magazine continues to enable the Harkles with TW attending the TIME 100 Summit in NYC on 23 April 2025 as a speaker. Her talent, it seems is as the founder of As ever, (originally American Riviera Orchard) that peddles factory mass produced watered down jam as spread, useless flower sprinkles, and a mix for pancakes and cookies at over inflated prices

It’s quite clear that Harold is still pursuing the half in/half out model that he and TW more or less demanded, that would entitle them to some IPP status, and that they have been carrying out engagements and tours that have misled others into believing they represented the RF because they have used their ducal titles. They have been doing it unofficially and keep pushing the boundaries because BP/C3 have failed to control the situation. I’d like to say weak, but C3 is ill with cancer, but that’s no excuse for the men in grey

We know that the Harkles had used recording devices in the past, and perhaps they are using recordings as leverage (blackmail is such a dirty word, but there you go), but threatening or blackmailing the monarch or the heir can be considered to be an act of treason. This is another reason why C3 and William probably don’t wish to speak to Harold, as he could be recording the conversation which is low, wrong, and illegal if he is trying to trap them into saying certain things. We’ve seen him filming the paparazzi for ‘evidence’ for his legal challenge, and so it’s highly probable that he would record other interactions for ‘evidence’.

The law permits the removal of Harold as a Counsellor of State without having to inform him as he is no longer domiciled in any part of the UK (as the law stipulates). The interpretation that has been used is that the UK is his domicile of origin is inaccurate (IMHO) as the law states ‘in’ not ‘of’, meaning that the CoS must be domiciled (live) in any part of the UK. Harold has stated his country of residence is the USA since October 2020.

Why is this important? Only a CoS can act as a regent, in the event that one is necessary, and in order to be a regent, one should also to be eligible to ascend to the throne which is different to being in the line of succession. For example, King Harald V of Norway is 89th in the line of succession, but in 1944 he was 16th in the line of succession. However, he cannot be a CoS or act as a regent as he is not domiciled in any part of the UK, but always retains his position in the LoS.

Therefore, should anything happen to William, Harold (if removed as he ought to be) could only be reinstated as a CoS if he returns to the UK to reside on a permanent basis, thus preventing Harold from assuming any control or power in the worst case scenario. Previously, Harold had never shown much interest in power or his place in the line of succession, choosing to have more freedom and less responsibility, but that was until he met his power hungry wife. While Harold tries to convince the court that he considers the UK his home for the purposes of trying to attain fully funded protection, his actions say otherwise, and it’s time for the law to reflect this sooner rather than later.

The House of Windsor has been too complacent, reacting rather than reacting when attacked, and while no one likes too much drama the Royal Household needs to accept the fact that passive aggressive attacks from the Harkle will escalate, and that the time to wait and see what happens is over, and was over before the death of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Is it case of Harold waiting in the wings for Pa to pass before there is another ‘strike’?
