ANL has been given permission to appeal the SJ
The appeal system is far from perfect, but this is the first step in the appeal process, as ANL have been granted permission to pursue an appeal against the ‘summary judgment’, in the ‘Letter Case’ which means at present the ‘stay’ is in place. There will be updates on the case in the first week of July, depending on the schedule of the courts.
There is a long way to go, but it also means that BP has a chance to act and to rectify their actions that failed justice and the Nation in 2020. This means that witnesses (who thought they had escaped having to be part of this saga) may have to submit statements in preparation now, and get their stories straight or try to. For if you are telling the truth you have nothing to fear, but I suspect that recollections of many will be edited, and as the BP lawyers said, the Palace Four would only comment on specific issues. Perhaps they may wish to revist that statement given that those involved have publicly attacked The Queen, and the country? The issue I have with the Palace Four giving ‘limited’ statements is that the gaps make for an incoherent version of events, and given that the bullying allegations are being investigated, BP needs to be seen to acting FOR the People. Confidence has been lost in droves, and this is an opportunity for BP to salvage some loyalties that remain. BP has a duty to protect the Sovereign and the heir above all else.
Should an appeal take place, the laws will be tested under intense scrutiny as the public are taking a keen interest in justice and the truth, and the judicial system has failed in both. That means that precedents will be raked over, and witness statements will be analyzed down to how each comma is used. The court system is on trial here, for they must be seen to enact justice. Justice must be done, and be seen to be done in a public arena with transparency and accountability. The ‘Anonymous Famous Five’ may not remain as anonymous by the end of the year…

Thanks for this HM. We would probably be none the wiser if you didn’t wade through all the details and keep us updated. I have been a little bit despondent lately, as however outrageous their behaviour, they appear to get away with it. I really wish neither of them any ill will but I would like to see them curtailed in their determination to cause others maximum pain whilst preaching kindness and compassion. I really hope that the royals take the opportunity to speak up this time. I can understand them not wanting their dirty laundry aired in public but this time, it’s her dirty laundry that will be on show. It’s very obvious that both of them think that they can say and do whatever they like without their words and deeds being called into account. Their spokesman, Omid Scobie, who is as bad as his puppet master, has been spreading more vindictive accusations against the royal family and he too must be questioned in court about his collaboration with TW and her husband over the Funding Fibs book. They have already proven that they are willing to lie to make themselves the victims and it will be interesting if TW attempts to try this in a court of law, whilst swearing to tell the truth, the whole truth and not her truth.
