The Summary Judgment Was Based On 'Inaccurate' and Unreliable Statements
It begs the question as to whether any statements were in fact true
When a witness makes a statement they are asked to tell the truth – that sounds simple enough, for when one tells the truth there is one version. We all know that TW amended and Re-Amended her statements several times during the ANL case, and while statements can never be 100% accurate, one must suspect those that deviate or where multiple versions are submitted. It is one thing suspecting and being able to pick out the inconsistencies and embellished parts of a statement, but in a court of law, facts and evidence are what matters. That’s why a cross-examination in a trial is essential, but this was denied where a summary judgment was granted with incomplete evidence, and a smattering of perjured and inaccurate statements.
Jason Kanuf’s emails and texts are quite clear – TW’s letter to her father was constructed it in a manner that would gain her public sympathy, and where the words, format, and content were chosen for the eyes of the public. How can there be a breach of privacy when you effectively write an open letter under the guise of a private letter, when you strategically ensure each side of the letter could be printed in full?
We suspected that ‘Finding Freedom’ was ‘written’ by the Sussexes because in the initial PR in April 2020, it stated as such that the duo had ‘told their story. The authors, Scobie and Durand even told the world that the duo had assisted in the back matter of the book, and that may have been the only truthful part of the book. Harry and TW stated under oath that they had not collaborated with the authors or assisted them, but the majority of the world didn’t believe them. It turns out the majority were correct as Knauf has shared emails and messages between himself, TW, and Harry discussing the topics TW wished to cover in the book, and where TW provided specific private information to be shared. It’s also called perjury when you intentionally make a statement that you know to be untrue or false in a court of law.
The question now is whether those inaccurate statements formed the basis of the summary judgment being granted. If so, then the verdict is ‘unsafe’ as I stated earlier this year, and must be overturned, for how can the public trust a judicial system that fails to punish systematic perjured statements?

Both TW and Harry were fully aware of the book for many months (since summer 2018 at least), and wanted to tell their story, but wanted to conceal the fact that they had assisted. To say that they ‘forgot’ is utter nonsense, and no one believes them. Any credibility they had has been lost, and only a fool would try and defend them now. They got caught lying, and must now face the consequences of their actions. Now for the OW interview, where they delivered misinformation, with lie after lie which were all debunked by the media, and the Statute Book. What action will be taken as th emedia have already outed it as a glorified whingefest.
Knauf is one of a handful of aides who had to remain silent for the last 3 years, but what the RF have failed to acknowledge is that silence in enabling and aiding perjury is wholly unethical and is incompatible with the Monarchy being an establishment that exists through integrity and to serve the People. You cannot serve the People with integrity when you deceive them and enable perjury, and then disregard the laws of the land.
Many of us saw the issues that BP was trying to hide – Edward Lane-Fox resigning, Amy Pickerill then resigned and hopped over the Cambridges, while Christian Jones left when things got too hot, and ambitious Knauf took a gamble with the Sussexes and we can see how that turned out. There is little doubt that they were aware of what was going on – in fact many of us could see through the shrouded fog that BP tried to throw our way in an attempt to deflect. By doing so, all they did was make themselves look inept.

The bullying ‘allegations’, we know are likely to be true, because people don’t file reports at that level unless they are sure of their facts. No one was actually surprised with the content of Knauf’s emails, but BP dragged their feet in this saga, and must bear some responsibility for the failure of justice in the ANL case. Was due process followed?
Neither Harry or TW appear to be repentant – there was no apology as far as I know emblazoned on the Archewell website, and they have continued on their impromtu Remembrance Day tour in the USA. They seek the vulnerable in order to buy their support – veterans and children are the usual suspects. This time they have hit a new low with Afghan refugees, where the saving grace may well be that these people won’t understand their word salad drivel. Apparently this visit was on a US military base, and Americans must ask in what capacity were they allowed to visit a secure and restricted area? They are two members of the public, only one is a US citizen who have titles that were given to them as a gift, but that have no status in the US.
Tomorrow is Remembrance Sunday, and I suspect the duo will have some PR stunt planned. All of these appearances are for Netflix, as they are filming their behind the scenes for their reality show/documentary. If the duo were brazen and arrogant enough to lie in a court of law, then it makes you wonder if they are capable of telling the truth at all?
In order for the Monarchy to survive, they must cut ties with the Sussexes once and for all (the titles and line of succession, and any association with the RF must be formally severed). The survival of the Monarchy, and the integrity of the judicial system are integral to the stability of the Nation – by enabling and concealing perjury, how can the People trust the Monarchy? Does the Monarchy deserve loyalty and respect when they have failed the People?
