We expected a flurry of Sussex activity to deflect from the ANL hearing, and we got it in droves. After the cold calling saga, where a New York senator bragged and backtracked in the same breath the fact that she had breached the privacy of some of members of Congress by giving a member of the public their private and personal phone numbers, she claimed she had ‘warned them’, but forgot to say it was after the fact. Too late – two senators stated it was a cold call, and Kirsten Gillibrand had not sought permission from them to share their details or informed them of her actions.
Gillibrand now wants to invite TW to a private dinner where other female members of Congress will attend – of course that’s not political is it? TW introduced herself with the ducal title in order to impress it seems, but instead the title looks like a character from The Beano or The Dandy, as Meghan the Maniac joins the cast list of Dennis the Menace, Minnie the Minx, and Beryl the Peril.
No one was interested in Harry talking at Stanford on the environment on 5 November, so that was blink and miss, then the disingenuous duo turned up in New York again. Harry looked as if he had rolled about of bed for Wired, to give an example of how to spread misinformation. There was the same old worn out word salad that he has learnt off by heart – the media killed Diana and not the drunk driver, lies are free and truth is behind a paywall (I think platforms like The Guardian would disagree), and somehow he claimed he had inside information on the 6 January attack on the Capitol Building and said he warned the CEO of Twitter! So we have Mystic Harry now, who doesn’t read or use social media, but knew that Twitter users were mounting a coup against The Capitol. He’s never going to pass his US citizenship test if he doesn’t know how to call 911 or the FBI tip line!
TW appeared at the New York Times DealBook summit with Mellody Hobson, wearing a large poppy. Was that some kind of sop to throw at the British in exchange for her to monetize a British ducal title? Many were insulted by the act as she used the platform to perform and promote her latest bandwagon venture which is paid parental leave. She claimed it wasn’t political, but hold on – of course it is because it is as she wrote a letter to members of Congress on the issue.
The ANL hearing enters day three, and finally Knauf has been allowed to speak. Perhaps it’s a little late, but finally BP and KP had cottoned on to the fact that saving the Monarchy is far more important that the reputation of a wretched and ungrateful grandchild and their partner in crime. Many of us figured out the truth, and were denied a trial through Warby LJ, opting for a summary judgment on the partial evidence at the time. That’s why many considered his actions premature and inconsistent with the law as a SJ is for instances when all evidence has been presented, and it was clear that there was evidence that was being amassed.
Upon learning of Jason Knauf’s evidence being presented, TW changed her narrative again, and claimed that she had forgotten meetings, emails, and texts that she had sent. Yes, that’s called perjury and one can forget the odd email or text, but not a whole chain or series of them, and this is the fifth time where her statements have shifted to whole other continent. In a court, a judge would have no other choice but decide on a penalty or punishment for an offence – sorry isn’t acceptable when it was intentional and when it is a repeat occurrence.
Harry and TW knew of FF in August 2018 and were asked to co-operate. So, bascially they lied when they said they had not co-operated.
TW and Harry had meetings and email exchanges with Knauf to discuss what topics they (and specifically TW) wished Scobie and Durand to include, and gave background information to assist them. It also means that Scobie lied under oath when he stated the Sussexes had not co-operated with the book, when TW is now admitting to have co-operated by providing background information, and private details as content for FF.
In December 2018, Knauf met with the authors on the behalf of the duo with their briefs.
Harry requested Knauf to tell their story to the authors, and asked if he wouldn’t, could he tell his truth?
TW wrote the ‘Letter’ with the public in mind, and chose the words she used and the content to pull at the heartstrings.
Each page of the letter was written so that it could stand alone, and photos were taken as a mock up, possibly to see how they would appear in print.
Both Harry and TW have been exposed, where they both did bear false witness, who deliberately and intentionally told untruths and misled the courts in their statements under oath.
What the emails and texts show is that TW’s statements in court were inaccurate, and were false, and that she was aware of it. A summary judgment was made based on evidence that was unreliable, and that has been proven to be false on several relevant points, and is unsafe and should be overturned for justice must be done, and to be seen to be done.
The ‘Letter’ was written specifically with expectation of it being leaked, and written so that it would be leaked to the public, where TW exclaimed she would be ‘happy’ if it was leaked so her story could be shared. Somehow, that isn’t a breach of privacy when you disclose that you wrote something to be leaked and you wanted it be leaked into the public domain. Intent is crucial when determining what might be considered a breach of privacy.
As for the FF collaboration, it simply confirms that ANL’s source was correct and it was BP who dragged their feet and allowed TW to commit perjury in a Royal Court of law. By unshackling Knauf, they are equally to blame for this saga, for they had known the truth for years and tried to cover things up, but to what end? The Men in Grey, what your foolishness has done is help TW and her lackey destroy the Monarchy and you are playing catch-up. Acting two years too late is better than not acting at all, but do they expect the People to forgive them for hiding the truth and for making a mockery of British justice? Do they think this is enough to save the Crown?
